He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sommer and Mary Sommer. He is survived by: his wife Pat Powers; his children, Charles, Mary, John and Heidi Sommer; and his sisters, Nora Parisi (Frank) and Patricia Sommer. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
