He was predeceased by: his wife Celine (Langer). He is survived by: his sister Patricia Sepanik; his children, H. Emily Russell (Timothy) and Arthur Smith (Eileen); and his grandchildren, Samantha Reynolds, Leeah Burrage, Connor and Rowan Smith. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
