Winne; her son Charles Garlock (Beth); her granddaughters, Morgan Harvey (Rob) and Joanne Merkel (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Natalie Harvey, Emma Harvey and Charlotte Merkel; her niece Elizabeth "Lise" W. Lestrange (James); her nephews, Clark Thompson "Tom" Winne (Victoria), James Rowley, Fletcher Rowley and Nathaniel Rowley (Fran); and her sister-in-law Jocelyn Rowley.
