He is survived by: his wife Carol Sleasman; his children, Tammy (James), Michelle (Ken) and Thomas Jr.; and his siblings, Robert (Donna), John (Diane), Paul (Debra) and Susan (Robert). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
