It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia (Grey) Leone of Broadalbin, New York, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grey and Frances Grey of Amsterdam; and her sister Sandra Gutowski. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Leone (Michele) and Joanne Adams (Tim); her sister Marlene Egan (Chuck); and her grandchildren, Timothy Adams (Jessica), Gabriella Leone, Leslie Gray (Justin) and Patricia Stewart. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (komen.org) in honor of Patricia.
