He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Jane (Gregg) and Allan Fisher; and his brother Craig J. Fisher. He is survived by: his sister JoAnn Fisher of Red Hook; his children, Daniel Fisher (Rhonda) of Indian Lake, Catherine Tilton (Tim) of Duanesburg, Laura Halstead (Adam) of Hudson and Rebecca Riggi (Dave) of Guilderland; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Mackenzie, Emma, Bryce, Andrew, Hailee and Savannah.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Mark's memory to 4-H Youth Programs c/o Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia County 479 NY 66, Hudson NY 12534.
