She was predeceased by: her parents, John Congdon and Martha Congdon (Smith); her sister Violet Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Ella Congdon and Eaker Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Mattice; her children, Doug Mattice (Michelle) and Karyn Polikowski (John); her siblings, Ed Congdon, Bonnie Smith and Marvina Mureness (Donald); her grandchildren, Breana, Paige and April; and her great grandchild Valentina. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
