He was predeceased by: his son Blaine Shattuck; and his sister Michelle "Shelley" Case. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Insonia Case; his children, Jay Dee Weaver (Shane), Rhonda Pitcher (Hank), Roxanne Ropeter (Jim), Heidi Shattuck Herron, Shantell Garnet (Rich), Kenneth Case (Sabrina) and Luke Case (Ashley); his sister Donna Dildilian (Tad); and his grandchildren, Tamara, Asa, Miranda, Hunter, Blaine, Brody, Logan, Keegan, Zachary, Madison, Olivia, Kiarah and Trystan. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
