She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Kolacki and Jean Kolacki (Walkanowski). She is survived by: her son Justin Shang; and her sisters, Gloria Fazzone, Carolyn Hammond and Karen Neander. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
