He is survived by: his parents, Richard Stack and Marilyn Vickery Stack; his wife Carol Zugzda Stack; his daughter Christina Huffman (Michael) of Mayfield; his brother Richard Stack (Nancy Krawczeski) of Perth; his grandchildren, Jenna, Brianna and Kannan; his great grandchild Melany; and his nephews, Jason Stack and Daniel Stack.
