He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. "Dutch" Howlan and Marion Trzaskos Howlan; and his sister Mary Kate Lomanto. He is survived by: his cousin George; his son Andrew Howlan (Marisa); and his grandchildren, Gia and Jack Howlan. He is also survived by aunt, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riley Mortuary Inc. (110 Division St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location.
