He was predeceased by: his parents, George Salak and Jane Salak (Fisher). He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Patrizio; his siblings, David Salak (Dee), Gregory Salak, Deborah Marek (Glenn) and MaryBeth Renwick; his stepmother Catherine Salakwho; his nephews, Aaron Tesiero (Emily) of Ocala, Daniel, Matthew and Christopher Renwick; and his niece Makenna Renwick of Amsterdam.
