He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Dunne Levendusky; his children, Shannon Mathers (David) of Hilo, HI, Mark Levendusky (Jamie) of Broadalbin and Brian Levendusky of Oswego; his brother Bruce Levendusky (Adrienne) of Farmington, NY; his grandchildren, Tristan Mathers (Aya), Gwendolyn Mathers (Piotr Walczuk), Alexander Mathers and Angelina Levendusky; his great grandchild Elliot Mathers; his sister-in-law Rita Carzello of Enfield, CT; and his pet Odie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
