He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeLapp and Dorothy Inglis; his stepfather John Inglis; and his son Michael "Mick" DeLapp. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Allsopp; his son William H. DeLapp, Jr. (Debbie); his granddaughter Amy; his son Gary DeLapp (Linda); his granddaughter Jennifer Haskins; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Benjamin Haskins; his grandson Gary DeLapp (Crystal); his great grandchild Caden; his grandson Brian DeLapp; his son John DeLapp (Linda); his grandchildren, Jack, Nick, Sheila and Emma; his daughter-in-law Norma DeLapp; and his granddaughter Hannah. He is also survived by four sons, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
