She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Winters (Terwilliger) and Herbert Winters, Sr.; her stepmother Dorothy Marie Winters; her husband Bill Toti; and her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Winters and Barbara Winters.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Simpson (Wesley) of Orange, CT, Lynn Carew of Shelton, CT and James Veasaw (Kari) of Chanhassen, MN; her stepchildren, Regina Scarafile (Andy) of Sauquoit, Mary Toti of Moravia, NY and Michael Toti (Leah) of North Utica; her grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron Simpson, Ryan, Christopher Carew, Jarin, Kendall, Kassidy Veasaw, Alissa Scarafile, Emily Toti, Joseph, Adam and Katie Toti; and her brothers, Herbert Winters, Jr. and David Winters. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
