He is survived by: his wife Betty Marlene Remington; his sons, David Michael Jr., Thomas Michael Sr., Michael Leon and Ethan Michael; his children-in-law, Tara Marie and Brian Stewart; his grandsons, Thomas Michael Jr., David Michael, Oliver Jarred Kane and Marcus Richard; and his siblings, Lynda Wills (Raymond Wills), Thomas Remington, Lori, McCann and Lisa Remington.
