He is survived by: his son Jonathan Otha (Shireen); his granddaughters, Jennifer and Ine (Andrew); his great grandchild Rumi Rudansky; his goddaughter Barbara Leathers of Atlanta Ga; his brother Curtis (Nancy) of Syracuse, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Wendell Mealy (Florida) of Greenport, NY and Eleanor Mealy of Peconic, NY.
