He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Pop" Consolazio and Helen Consolazio (Cowley); his wife Barbara; his sister Janet Musante; his daughter-in-law Carol Ann Consolazio; and his stepmother Mildred Consolazio (Oswald).
He is survived by: his sons, Richard, Eric, Gary and Todd; his sister Loretta Dalton of Eastchester, NY; and his grandchildren, Evan, Daniel, Christina and Kevin.
