He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Horner and Marion Hosey Horner; his wife Patricia; his son Neil of Massachusetts; his granddaughter Alexandria of Idaho; and his sister Barbara Hartmann of Pennsylvania. He was also cherished by 7 nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews and 7 great grand nieces and nephews.
