With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Marie Leihbacher (Briarcliff Manor, New York), born in Dalton, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 29, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George B. Higgins and Marie; and her brothers, David and Jonathan. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her son Tommy; her granddaughter Sloane; her siblings, Martha and Andrew; her sister-in-law Lore; her nephews, Geoffrey (Mei-Lan), Ian (Catie) and Tyler; her niece Alexis (Seth Coen); her brothers-in-law, Doug (Wendy) and Bob (Pam); her nieces, Alana and Kaylee; and her nephew Adam.

In lieu of flowers, the family is recommending donations to The Briarcliff Manor Volunteer Fire Department.
