Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Manning and Rose Manning; and her husband Buel Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Helene Smith of Manhattan, Gerianne Bittlingmaier (Fred) of Briarcliff Manor and Maureen Schoen (James) of Yorktown Heights, NY.; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Robert, Nicole, Kevin (Melanie), Ellen and Gregory.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Helen's name to either the Little Sisters of the Poor or the American Kidney Fund.
