He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios Vourliotis and Anna Vourliotis (Pasaris). He is survived by: his wife Diane Vourliotis (Roy); his children, Anna Psomas (William Tonelli), Demetri Vourliotis (Beatriz Elisa Gracia) and Michele Vourliotis (Demetri Argyros); his grandchildren, Kirk, Evangelos, Niko and Kolby; his siblings, Anna Vourliotis and Matthew Vourliotis; his sister-in-law Donna Vourliotis; his brother Steve; and his sister-in-law Barbara Roy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In place of flowers, contributions can be made in his honor to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
