He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DiBari and Rose DiBari. He is survived by: his wife Marian DiBari (Daria); his children, Joseph of North Carolina, Nancy DeCesare (DiBari) and James of Cortlandt Manor; and his stepchildren, Diane Heinze of Connecticut and Donald Heinze of Florida.
