She was predeceased by: her husband Carmelo Cavallaro. She is survived by: her children, Ignazio Cavallaro (Concetta) of Briarcliff Manor, N. Y., John Cavallaro and Natalie Forleo (Vincent) of Milford, CT.. She is also survived by grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Interment, All Souls Cemetery, Pleasantville, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, N.Y., would be appreciated.
