With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valdemar Pereira of Brewster, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Valdemar shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Valdemar farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, John Pereira (Anna) of North Haven, CT, Mary Pereira, Tara Hussein (Tareq) of Wingdale, NY and Rhonda Piacente (Vincent) of Palm Bay, FL; his grandchildren, Gianni, Angela, Jayden, Zainah, Christina and John; and his great grandchild Arabella.
