He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Adams Sr. and Hazel Moncuse. He is survived by: his significant other Lori (LaMere); his sons, Jeffrey Adams (Meghan) of New Milford, CT and Daniel Adams; his grandchildren, Alex, Katie, Jackson, Liam, Benny and George; and his sisters, Barbara Adams, Linda Hitchcock and Patty Ludington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
