She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Blum; and her brothers, Sonny and Sal Blum. She is survived by: her husband Ernest LaPorte (Rich); her sons, Richard LaPorte (Maria) of Eastchester, NY and Robert LaPorte (Michele) of Pawling, NY; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Nicholas, Benjamin, Caleb, Levi, Naomi and Haven.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beecher Funeral Home (1 Putnam Ave, Brewster, NY 10509).
