He is survived by: his daughter Tammi Small (Peter Small); his grandchild Devon Small; his son Martin Carl (Tara); his grandchildren, Miyah Carl and Emma Carl; and his siblings, Ralph Carl (late Fran), John (Barbara Carl), Arthur (Nellie Carl), Nicholas (Monica Carl), Joseph (Elizabeth Carl), David (Laura Carl), Edna Mae (Robert Tutoni), Katherine Markumas (late Charles), Donna (Joseph Orlando), Rosanne (Richard Beckley) and Deborah (Gregory Zale). He is also survived by his 2 children, 3 grandchildren, eleven siblings and countless nieces and nephews.
