He was predeceased by: his sister Frances O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Blersch; his children, George A. Wiegand (Norma) of Cambridge, MD, Eric Wiegand (Marjorie) of Brewster, NY, Mark Wiegand (Pat) of Walden, NY and Joanne Wiegand (Robert) of Anthony, FL; and his brother John Wiegand of Quiechee, VT. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Contributions in George's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
