She is survived by: her parents, William Pagano and Florence Rombach Pagano; her husband Clifford A. Genez; her daughter Alison Genez; her son-in-law Carl Abrahamson; and her brothers, Oliver, Emil and Richard. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

Donations in her name can be made to The Putnam Humane Society, located in Carmel, New York.
