He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lasch and Eleanor Lasch (Kirk). He is survived by: his wife Janine Ligon; his children, Jessica Lasch of Monroe, NY and Edward W. Lasch of Wingdale, NY; his sister Regina Antinucci; and his grandchildren, Jayce, Kane, Domonique, John Jr., Jackson, Angelina, Jacob and Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Putnam Humane Society, P.O. Box 297 Carmel, NY 10512.
