It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty H. Lates of Brewster, New York, born in Carmel, New York, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hewitt and Stella Hewitt (Odell); her daughter Jean Ricard; and her sister Ruth Hickman. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Delisle (Don) and Frederick III (Wendy); and her son-in-law Rick Ricard of Missouri. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
