He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his daughters, Victoria and Elizabeth; his parents, James Ostrowski and Kimberly; his sisters, Khristyn Amico (Sean) and Abrianna Ostrowski; his grandmother Regina Rhode (Babci); and his pet Louie. He is also survived by several nieces, aunts, uncles; friends.
