He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mattice and Hazel Mattice; and his siblings, Marilyn, Herbert, Jr., William and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Tricia Crowley (Brian) and Michael Mattice (Tara); his stepson Brett Wood (Janelle); and his sister Carol Bednarz (Paul). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren including one special little granddaughter.
