He is survived by: his significant other Shannon Bumbolo of Brewerton; his mother Hilary Carista of Jamesville; his son Dominic D'Onofrio; the mother of his child Christa D'Onofrio; his stepson Mark Gardner of Clay; his siblings, Mark Perun of Brewerton and Sonya Perun of Brewerton; and his grandmother Doreen Carista of Clay. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
