As Leilani departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Leilani may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leilani leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Knickerbocker and Marion [Beard] Knickerbocker of Syracuse; her husband Hedley Best Sevier; and her daughters, Sandra Lea and Sherry Lynn Sevier Rogers.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Knickerbocker (Virginia) of Clay, NY; and her daughter Susan Ellis (David) of Hammond, NY. She is also survived by several nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make a donation to a favorite charity in Leilani's memory.
