He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Decker and Laura Liddle Decker. He is survived by: his wife Florence Brown Decker; his children, Nicole Hunt (Ben) of West Amboy, Mary Capteina (Troy) of Sterling, John Decker (Liz) of Newark and Josh Syrell (Holly); his siblings, Ralph Decker of Sterling, Loren Decker of Fair Haven and Lillian Lawrence (Rick) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Heather Hunt, Benjamin Hunt, Halie Hunt, Rosie Capteina, Troy Capteina, Jr. and Kayla Syrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
