He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fortino and Lena Fortino (Luckette); his wife Joan Fortino (Newell); his daughters, Carol, Susan and Cathy; and his brothers, Thomas, Robert, Ronald, Matthew and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Sally "Joanne" Jones, Donna Fortino, Jeannie Boland, John Fortino (Janine), Judy Bucher (Jimmy), David Fortino (Brenda), June Atkins (Donnie), Joseph Fortino (BillieJo) and Randall Fortino (Alexis); his siblings, Darrell Fortino, Joanie Saya, Linda Hatter and Darlene Fortino; and his brother-in-law Randy Newell. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
