Blackburn of Brewerton, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Evelyn Blackburn, Carlton and Florence Homan. He is survived by: his close friends, Jeff Hays, Terry Lapham and Steve Bush; his friends, Roger Stevens, Darren Recore, Rick Van Gorder and Ken Wolfe; his wife Nancy; his children, Noelle Teska, Ryan Blackburn (Leah), Ashley Blackburn (Zach Hall) and Rebecca Teska; his grandchildren, Alainea, Avery and Kinsley Blackburn; his parents, Richard Blackburn and Patricia Blackburn; his siblings, Mark and Laurie Blackburn; his nieces, Jessalynn Blackburn (Jimmy Walker) and Brianne Wall (Ryan); his close friends, Jim Blackburn (Lori) and Terry Freund (Karyn); his pet Gizmo; and also, Lane and Devin Bush.
