He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. (Peewee) and Margaret (Walker); and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Belinda (Garlic); his stepchildren, Arian and Hannah Mantor; and his siblings, Robert (Cindy) of Florida, David (Anna) of Chittenango and Mary Charette of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
