He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kurtz of Brewerton, NY; his daughters, Anna Nicolini (Tony) of Liverpool, NY and Noelle Hickok (Corey) of Liverpool, NY; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kensley Kurtz, Parker Nicolini and Penelope Hickok; his sister Colleen Duffy; his nephew Dylan Duffy; and his niece Dana Duffy.
