He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kurtz and Patricia Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kurtz of Brewerton, NY; his daughters, Anna Nicolini (Tony) of Liverpool, NY and Noelle Hickok (Corey) of Liverpool, NY; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kensley Kurtz, Parker Nicolini and Penelope Hickok; his sister Colleen Duffy; his nephew Dylan Duffy; and his niece Dana Duffy.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
