He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foland and Vera Foland; his brother Lowell; and his sister-in-law Joan Foland. He is survived by: his wife Betty Foland; his children, Carolyn Walczyk (Bob), Caryn Dennison (Bruce), Charlie Foland (Denise) and Craig Foland (Christine); and his siblings, Gene Foland (Lawrena) and Cathy Wolffbrandt (Eric). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great- grandchildren.
