It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bethany B. Smith in Brewerton, New York, born in Theresa, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bickelhaupt and Arlena Bickelhaupt (Beebee); her husband Bill; her stepson James; and her former husband Paul Decker of Theresa, NY..
She is survived by: her children, Mark L. Smith (Kristy) of Brewerton, NY and Lisa M. Recor (Jack) of Morgantown, KY; her stepsons, W. Gary Smith (Debbie) of Carthage, NY and Michael L. Smith (Deborah) of Cheyenne, WY; and her daughter-in-law Hilda of Theresa, NY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
