He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Marrow and Oscar Mitchell Sr.; his son William (Virginia); his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Quinitchett. He is also survived by 27 Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
