It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Smith (Breezy Point, New York), born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Weber and Mary Weber; her husband Arthur H. Smith; and also Kate Kirby-Smith.
