She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Coughlin and Mayme Clara Perrin; her siblings, Frank, Robert, Vernon, Arthur, Leonard Coughlin, Irene Coughlin Maneeley and Alice M. Coughlin; and her grandson Joshua Hamm.
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Gerald Rufa), Shelley (Frederick LeBlanc), Ethan K. Phillips, Jr. (Denise) of Norwood, John Phillips of Potsdam, Jan (Ernie Jeror), Kay (Maceo Dubose) and Ellen Phillips of Milton, Vt.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In 2007, Theresa made a generous donation to the St. Patrick's Parish, which initiated the establishment of a "Parish Center Renovation Fund".
