He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stark and Joyce Stark (Bullock); his siblings, Harold, Ralph and Jean Ryan; and his brother-in-law Alex Razis.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Aleida "Lea" Giles of Brasher Falls, Jennifer, Brandon Thompson of Parishville, Kenneth Jr. and Catrina Stark of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Kaylene, Dan, Cheyanne, Austin, Blazer, Morgan, Dakota, Chelsea, Kevin, Matthew and Haleigh; his great grandchildren, Haidyn, Madelynn, Carol, Gunner, Elizabeth, Hudson, Magnolia, Mavrick and Scarlett; his siblings, Linda Razis, Carol (David LaBier), Terry (Karen Stark), Gary "Bucky" (Darlene Stark) and Sally Brothers (Gerald); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Stark, Sandy Stark and George Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hammill Funeral Home (653 NY-11C, Winthrop, NY 13697). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Knapp Station Community Church (3035 County Rte 47, Winthrop, NY 13667).
