He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Adel, and Beatrice Adel, Sr. (Willard); and his siblings, Daniel Adel and Alice Dame. He is survived by: his wife Dorieann Dockham; his daughters, Raelyn (Brian Cottrell) of Gilmanton, NH and Raquel Adel of Gilmanton, NH; his grandchildren, Isabella Cottrell and Damon Cottrell; his sisters, Beatrice Burgess of Florida and Ethel Browning of Florida; and his pets, Abie and Lucy.

“My condolences to all of Jack's family and friends. He was a good friend to me for many years and I will forever value the memories of trips he and I made together to PA to visit our Amish friends there. These trips were usually made at night and I could always depend on Jack to keep me entertained. We made a trip to Columbus Ohio once for a draft horse sale and both came back with a very bad case of the flu, but had a great time! Thanks for the memories Jack. Joe Kelly”
