Ross and Arlene "Sally" Ross (Hill); her husband Brant Urtz of Glens Falls; her children, Lori Crandall (Scott), Lisa Urtz and Christopher Urtz (Trishia); her grandchildren, Kristen, Alicia, Jamie, John, Tracy, Cassandra, Angel, Serenity, Justice and Joshua; her siblings, David, Donald (Jody), Doreen (Fred), Dolores (Curt), Darren (Teri), Dennis (Shelly) and Deanne (Troy); and her friend Suzanne Jordan.
