He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James and Esther Wells Burnett; his siblings, Albert, Paul and Eleanor Davis; and his daughter Victoria Kilmer.
He is survived by: his former wife Shirley Judware of Bishop, CA; his children, Tammy Mackenzie (Brian) of Pahrump and Dale (Marisa); and his siblings, Arthur of Wolcott, Jean Edwards (Jack), Dennis, Dale of Winthrop, Richard of Parishville and Andy of Potsdam. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
